Finding Your Golden Hour
The Space Between Who You Are and Who You're Becoming
From career milestones to carpool drop-offs, school lunches to strategy meetings, you’ve become the go-to for everything. You hold it together with a kind of strength that often goes unseen — the kind that shows up even when you’re running on fumes.
This is where therapy meets you, not just as a mom, or a professional, or a partner, but as a whole person. One who is allowed to want more without guilt. One who’s tired of carrying invisible loads. One who’s ready to feel like herself again. This therapy honors your ambition, growth, and capacity to evolve because thriving should never compromise who you are. This is your Golden Hour.

Questions You Actually Want to Ask
Finding the right therapist is a big deal. Here are real answers to what you're probably wondering:
-
At Golden Hour Therapy, my approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I see therapy as a space where you can be fully seen — without judgment, pressure, or pretense. My style is active and engaged: I’ll listen closely, ask meaningful questions, and will challenge patterns that might be keeping you stuck. Sometimes, we need someone else to point out our own contradictions.
I blend evidence-based practices (like CBT, DBT, IFS, and relational therapy) with a deep respect for your unique story and strengths. Whether we’re working through anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, or the emotional load of motherhood, my goal is always the same: to help you feel more connected to yourself and empowered in your growth.
You’ll never be met with clinical coldness or endless “how does that make you feel” loops. We’ll keep it real, reflective, and focused on helping you thrive in the in-between space: the golden hour of who you are and who you're becoming.
-
Golden Hour Therapy is an out-of-network provider, which means we are not directly partnered with insurance plans. Many of our clients are able to be reimbursed for a portion of their session costs (typically around 60–80%) depending on their out-of-network benefits.
We’ll provide you with a detailed invoice (called a “superbill”) at the end of each month. You can submit this directly to your insurance company for any reimbursement you’re entitled to.
Insurance can feel overwhelming — you're not alone in that.
If you’re planning to use your out-of-network benefits, here are a few important questions to ask your insurance company to help you feel clear and confident moving forward:Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much of it have I already met this year?
Once my deductible is met, what percentage of each therapy session will be reimbursed?
What is the process for submitting superbills for reimbursement?
How long does it typically take to receive reimbursement once I submit?

Yes! Golden Hour Therapy provides in person sessions at 65 South Main St. Pennington, NJ.
Many of my clients prefer the convenience of Telehealth via our HIPPA compliant platform.
-
Therapy should work with your life, not add more stress to it. I offer flexible appointment times, including virtual sessions, so you can show up for yourself without rearranging everything else.
-
At Golden Hour Therapy, we understand that your healing journey is personal and so is your care. Choosing an out-of-network therapist gives you the freedom to work with someone who’s the right fit, not just someone on a list.
More personalized support:
With smaller caseloads, we can offer deeper, more individualized attention tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace. That kind of connection makes all the difference in therapy.Flexibility that fits your life:
You're not limited by insurance restrictions around session length or frequency. We collaborate with you to create a rhythm that actually supports your growth.Reimbursement-friendly:
We provide everything you need to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients with high-deductible plans find their costs end up being similar to in-network therapy without sacrificing fit or quality.More privacy, more autonomy:
Working out-of-network means less personal information shared with insurance, giving you greater control over your care. -
Yes. At Golden Hour Therapy, we believe that children thrive when the adults in their lives feel supported, too.
While your child may be the identified client, we often work in partnership with parents and caregivers as part of the therapeutic process. There’s no rulebook for parenting—and we don’t expect you to have it all figured out. That’s why we offer parenting sessions alongside your child’s individual therapy.
These sessions give you space to reflect, ask questions, and learn tools to support your child in everyday moments. Rooted in connection-focused strategies—we’ll explore how to respond with clarity, confidence, and compassion, even when things feel messy.
Parenting is hard. You don’t have to do it alone.

At Golden Hour Therapy, we believe in honoring the space between who you are and who you are becoming: the in-between place where real growth happens. My role as your therapist is to walk alongside you in your golden hour, helping you regain your footing, confidence, and authentic self.
